Surrey’s all-female professional vocal group Corra Sound is coming together with virtuoso clarinettist and composer Emma Johnson for a unique, festive concert at St Mary’s Church, Guildford on Saturday 27th November, 2021.
Entitled Songs of Celebration, our programme will showcase spectacular works from a wide range of predominantly female composers. Highlights include compositions by Emma Johnson, Elizabeth Poston, Winnie Bruckner, Sarah Quartel, Anna-Maria Kähärä, Eleanor Daley, alongside our very own composer-musicians: Amy Bebbington and Clare Wheeler.
We're delighted to announce that singers from the Sir William Perkins’s School Chamber Choir will also be joining us for some of the performance.
